Map-pack visibility across 23 locations
Location page engineering, review velocity systems, and citation integrity across every listing — measured on a geo-grid, not a single ranking.
The Challenge
A healthcare group with 23 locations ranked in the map pack for almost none of them. Business Profiles were half-claimed and inconsistent, review counts varied from 4 to 40 per location, and the website's location pages were one template with the city name swapped — classic doorway pages Google had learned to ignore.
What We Did
- 01Rebuilt every location page with genuinely local content: providers, services, parking, insurance specifics, and local schema — no two pages alike.
- 02Standardized name, address, and phone data across 60+ directories and the data aggregators that feed them.
- 03Deployed a compliant review generation flow at front desks, lifting average review velocity from 2 to 19 per location per month.
- 04Tracked geo-grid rankings weekly per location, reallocating effort to the neighborhoods where positions were winnable.
The Outcome
Nine months in, 21 of 23 locations held top-three map-pack positions for their primary service queries, driving 3,400+ tracked patient calls per month — visibility the group had previously rented through ads at roughly $47 per call.
